        • The Road Ahead: Where Is Bankruptcy Headed in 2023 and Beyond? In a special preview session following the panel discussion, Bruce Nathan and Andrew Behlmann of Lowenstein Sandler will take a brief look at bankruptcy and restructuring activity in 2022, the macroeconomic headwinds facing the global economy as 2023 rapidly approaches and the likely uptick in bankruptcy filings in 2023.  This discussion will serve as the prelude to an expanded discussion in a winter 2023 webinar.
