Session Description: Bruce Nathan and Andrew Behlmann of Lowenstein Sandler will discuss the macroeconomic headwinds facing the global economy continuing in 2023 that might result in an uptick in chapter 11 filings.  The speakers will then discuss the trend towards speedier chapter 11 cases, including more prepackaged, prearranged, sale and small business Subchapter V chapter 11 cases, and present a case study on a recent high-profile chapter 11 case.
