Tax laws impact everyone, not just those in the tax department. Your accounting department must keep apprised of tax law changes in order to gather the information needed for tax planning and preparation. This session will review recent and proposed tax changes (including the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act of 2020) and will address how these changes can impact operational decisions and reporting. Best practices will be discussed along with real world strategies for those in the media industry.
