How is Automation Changing the Local Sales Process?

Objectives and overview for this session include: Local Linear Sales has been done the same way for a long time. But times are changing and technology is making is more costly and adding complexity, lowering margins in the process. Today’s sales teams generating revenue need to be more agile, and have access to more data in a cost effective manner that maximizes revenue, minimizes costs and ensures that Local Stations can compete event more effectively in 2019’s crowded media market. To do this they need systems that provide automation to existing manual tasks and do so in an structured and aggregated form using modern technology that can keep pace with change.
