Overview: For most of us, the pandemic forced us to merge our work and personal lives, converting our home sanctuaries into often frantic offices and schoolrooms. We've made the survival sacrifices necessary to get our jobs done while balancing home-life demands. In doing so, we've endured challenges we're eager to release and established new levels of flexibility we want to retain. As we contemplate the future, how will a post-pandemic workplace function? What new expectations for flexibility and safety will our employees demand? How will our work culture and leadership styles need to evolve to accommodate remote and on-site teams?

One thing is sure; the post-pandemic workplace will not be the same as we left it a year ago. Join your industry colleagues to discuss the critical issues around the workplace's future and the mind-shift required to pivot from survive-mode to thrive-mode.
