2026 ANNUAL CONFERENCE 

Media Financial Management Association (MFM) and Financial Executives International (FEI) today announced that their 2026 Annual Conference will be co-located and co-branded. The landmark event, scheduled for May 17-20, 2026 at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, TX, will bring together financial leaders from all industries. Executives from both organizations highlighted the natural synergy between their memberships, emphasizing that the joint conference will foster enhanced networking opportunities, deeper community-building, and access to a broader and more diverse audience of finance executives. The combined reach is expected to attract high-profile speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors, creating a dynamic environment for learning and business growth. 

The 2026 event will feature keynote presentations from industry, business, and economic leaders; 25+ breakout sessions covering topics in every industry sector and financial discipline; Network roundtables; dozens of best-in-class exhibitors in the Innovation Center; and one-of-a-kind opportunities to network with colleagues from across the country.

In a time of unprecedented upheaval, it has never been more important for financial professionals to strengthen their connections to the community and enhance their knowledge of the technological advances, changes in consumer behavior, entry of new competitors, and outlook for M&A activity that are combining to reinvent the industry in real time. SUBSTITUTION REQUEST(S): Must be received by May 1, 2026. Requests made after May 1, 2026 must be processed on-site. Send an email to [email protected] with your substitution information (name, title, email address).

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are fully refundable until April 10, 2026. There will be no cancellation fee for written notification via email or letter on company letterhead as long as it is before the April 10, 2026 deadline. You may transfer your registration to another member at any time to avoid losing any of your registration payment. All qualified refunds are distributed following the completion of the conference.

The Media Financial Management Association (MFM) does NOT use the services from any outside housing, audio rental, or attendee list contact representatives for the 2026 Annual Conference.

Housing / Hotel Rooms

  • MFM Annual Conference host hotel is San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter 
  • Please make all reservations directly on the MFM website.  

Hotel Room Block will open in October 2025.

  • The Media Financial Management Association is NOT affiliated with any other agency claiming to offer hotel rooms, and you put yourself at financial risk if you do business with them.

Note: If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not be able to cancel your reservation, or you may not have a reservation when you arrive at San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas.
